What does Material Quality Index form mean?

Material submittals are a vital issue in any engineering project civil, chemical, mechanical, and electrical where it depends on engineer expeirence and past knowledge of submitted material. However, knowledge can not verify if such material will resist unexpected factors that may occure.

  • Physical, chemical features of such material and does it fullfil its intended purposes during the project and during operations as well
  • Resistance to expected exteranl factors and resistance to unexpected factors limits.
  • Method of installation or mixing and its basis as well
